Controversy Swirls Around Proposed Bridle Trails At Conservation Meeting

The O'Brien County Conservation Board met Wednesday, November 11 at the Prairie Heritage Center. The first to speak at the meeting were Mary Helfter and Kevin Brasser. They were there to discuss an idea for creating a self guided tour of the trails at Mill Creek Park. They described the idea of placing bar codes on the existing signs and some additional signs and barcodes to be added on the trails throughout the park that would allow people to use their phones to scan the barcode and find their location on the trail and connect to a website giving more information about the trail and their...
