Wolverines send Harris-Lake Park home early


South O'Brien built on a four-run first inning with multiple runs in four more frames to bring the 10-run rule into play in a 13-3 thrashing of Harris-Lake Park June 19 at Paullina. In picking up their first War Eagle Conference victory of the season, the Wolverines tallied three runs in the third and added two more in each of the last three innings, the final two bringing the curtain down on the game after just one out in the sixth.

When the Wolverines weren't drawing one of their 10 bases-on-balls, they were plaguing the Wolves with a nine hit attack. Jett Keith was 2-for-2 with two walks...
