Lady Wolverines go 1-1 at abbreviated West Sioux Tourney

South O'Brien won a game, lost a game, and lost another to the weather as the Wolverines participated in the West Sioux Tournament June 15. The Tourney was set up into two three-team pools this year due to there only being six teams instead of eight. South O'Brien went 1-1 in pool play at Hawarden, coming out of their pool in second place. The win was over Unity Christian and the loss was to Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley. The Wolverines were playing Sioux City West in the third place game at Ireton, but it got rained out at the end of the first inning with South O'Brien leading 3-1. The results p...
