New track, same results for locals at Wolverine Relays

 

South O'Brien turned in another strong showing, and grabbed another second place finish behind Unity Christian, as the team hosted the Wolverine Relays on the new track at Paullina May 2. The hosts prepared for Thursday's state qualifying meet at Armstrong by totaling 155 points with Unity amassing 195. Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn was next with 98, followed by Clay Central-Everly with 69.

The individual events saw five winners from South O'Brien: Abby Schreck in the 100 meter hurdles, Annika Jenness in the 100 meter dash, Willa Sickelka in the 200, Anna Friedrichsen in the shot put and Taryn Hin...
