A New and Nasty Bug

 

Adult Banded Ash Borer.

In late April, Sherry Bootsma of rural Sanborn and an O'Brien County Supervisor shared her experience of recent weeks identifying a new pest in O'Brien County. Bootsma, also a member of the O'Brien County Conservation Board explained how she found a new threat to trees in this area.
