Any Exercise Gives So Many Benefits

The Paullina Library is beginning a brand new program, Geri-Fit. The exercise program is geared toward senior men and women, but is considered especially helpful to those 75 years and over. It is free to all and begins Tuesday April 30. Classes are scheduled each Tuesday and Thursday with a 9:30am start time. Up to 20 participants are welcome.
Geri-Fit is a 45-minute, video-delivered exercise program refers to itself as an “evidence-based, self-management support program for chronic disease management.” This advanced strength-training program is useful for people for all fitness levels....
