The Smoke Free Air Act, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2018, prohibits smoking in places of employment and in public buildings; however, it does not extend to smokeless tobacco products nor to electronic or vaping devices. That means products like chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes and JUULs are legal to use indoors unless a business or organization implements a tobacco and nicotine free policy.
