King votes in favor of GOP lawsuit repealing protections for people with pre-existing conditions

On January 9, the House of Representatives passed a bipartisan bill to intervene against a GOP-led lawsuit which seeks to destroy the ACA and repeal protections for people with pre-existing conditions. Representative Steve King opposed that effort, instead voting to allow insurance companies to charge people more for having pre-existing conditions like asthma, cancer and diabetes.
