Paullina Council Discusses EMT Dilemma

At a regular council meeting on December 17 of the Paullina City Council spent some time discussing the EMT shortage to Paullina and area communities. About a year ago, the council finally relented and hired a licensed EMT to cover daytime hours for the ambulance service. Amanda Tull was hired. She performed work on the city crew when not needed for ambulance work including cleaning and stocking the rig, completing reports, readying the vehicle and documentation for inspection, answering calls and more.
