Please Help!

December 13, 2018

We received a call at the newspaper on Monday morning. The call was both sad and hopeful. A 92-year-old Primghar resident lost her wedding ring on Wednesday December 5. It could be lost in either Paullina or Primghar. She explains that she had been shopping, and doing errands in both communities. On Thursday morning after doing dishes, she discovered the bare ring-finger.

The plumber took off the sink trap, finding nothing. He explained that if the ring wasn’t there, it most likely never went down the drain. So, the ring must have been lost the day before – Wednesday. She says, “It’s probably lost in a snow bank somewhere.”

If you have found a wedding ring please call 957-6031. “Oh, that would make Christmas,” she said.
