A shuttered car wash in Paullina served as a manufacturing incubator for Justin Stamer in 2001. Stamer, President of Mill Creek Machining has led his manufacturing company from a one-machine shop through the construction of its first plant at the corner of West Commerce and Willoway Streets, through at least 3 plant expansions. He has grown from 2 employees to 30. And the growth continues.
